A month ago (or was it two months already?), Chelsea tagged me with this desktop meme. I wasn’t able to post it right away because I’ve been busy with work that I couldn’t even do a simple entry. Anyway, to get it over with here is how my desktop looks like:

It’s my friend’s birthday today. I wanted to greet him and thank him for all his contributions in my life but I don’t know where to start. It seems like I am lost for words and I don’t know what to say. There are lots of things I want to tell him but whenever I think about writing it down, the words are gone.
After long hours of recollection of good memories about him, thinking about something very nice to write to him and put it on his profile in friendster; I finally composed a short, precise and very memorable line for him. I ended up writing “Happy Birthday!”
Yep, that’s all. Hahaha! I guess that’s enough and I hope he will realize that atleast I didn’t forget his birthday.

These past few weeks, I’ve been sleeping so late. Usually around 3 to 4 AM. That’s because my sister has been very busy. Yes, that’s right. It’s not me, it’s her.
She’s been burdened with so many reports, researches, papers and exams all in one week and I’ve been trying my best to help her. I cook, I wash all the clothes, I’m helping her with the research and some of the analyzation part. I wish there will be less of those things to do. I’m not complaining that I’m doing most of the household chores, I’m just concerned about my sister, it seems that she never sleeps. And I can’t sleep when she’s not asleep. I don’t know why, I seem to be watching her all the time.
She’s very stressed with all those assignments and exams, I hope they will just stop and give her a rest. Partly, these pressures are my sister’s fault. She’s been accepting more of those part-time jobs recently and she don’t have time for herself anymore. I’m telling her to stop but she won’t rest a bit. Everytime I see her, she looks so tired and pale.
So, I’m giving myself a misison to help my sister and let her rest so that I could sleep early and avoid sleeping at work. Uh-oh, did I say sleeping at work? (Now I’m in trouble.) I just hope my boss doesn’t read this. But if you’re reading at this moment, I would like you to know that I am sleeping during break time or lunch time only (defensive, eh?)

I have read the book and it’s amazing. It is action-packed and you won’t stop until you’ve read it all. No, i’m not putting spoilers here, there are more than enough going around already. Hehehe.
I just wish Tonks and Lupin didn’t die. And I also hoped that Fred is alive in the end, that he was just petrified. I can’t believe he died. What happened to Grimmauld Place? Why Kreacher is in Hogwarts in the last battle is not explained, too. Those were just the questions that are in my head right now. Anyway, Harry’s alive and had sons and a daughter.
Ooopppsss… What did I say aboout spoilers?

It’s been a long while since I last updated this blog. I have been so busy lately. There are lots of QA tasks handed down to us by our QA Manager. Don’t get me wrong… I’m not complaining, it’s all good.:D I like it when there’s a lot to do. Because there will be less idle time and more work done, which will lead to higher productivity.
However, we should not let work consume all our time. We should also set some time for ourselves and most of all we should not forget God no matter how busy our day is. Let’s utter a prayer once in a while, thanking God for the strength He gives as the day wears on. We should always remember that God is our greatest foundation. We should build our house on the Rock not on the sand.

Now I’m starting to be emo. I can’t help it, I can’t think of any good topics lately. I wanted to write but I don’t know what to write about. I don’t even have any ideas how to make this blog interesting. Anyway, I thought writing something about love (once again) can make up for the wasted time I spent today.
It just amazes me how some people can go blind when they are in love. They can’t see that the one they love may not be the one for them. I mean, put yourself in a situation that you are in love with a married man. Whatever the circumstances and whichever side you look at it, you lose. Whether you love him and he loves somebody else or he loves you and you love him in return, you will lose. You won’t be together because he is already committed. On the other hand, there is this someone who is so in love with you. Willing to go through fire just to have you. He can be the right guy, the man of your dreams and yet, you don’t love him.
If you were going to choose, whom will you prefer? The one you love or the one who loves you? Ofcourse, the one who can make you happy, right? This is the hard part. Some people blinded by love will still choose the one that they can’t have (like my example above) because they think that it is the source of their happiness; who can also be the source of their misery. They will not choose the one who is available simply because they don’t love them.
Can you teach your heart to love someone else? Because if lovers can, maybe they will have no trouble choosing the one they would love, the one who can make them whole again. Or maybe, they’re just too blinded that they can’t see who they really want for life. Or maybe, they just have to be patient and wait for their heart to beat for someone who really loves them.
Or maybe, I can think about a good topic next time and post a good read…
